Our Rosé is produced using the traditional Saignee method. After 24 hours of skin contact, Pinot Noir juice was bled off the fermenters and fermented in stainless steel tanks. A slow, cool fermentation was used to preserve the delicate flavors and aromas of fresh cut strawberry and watermelon. Lime zest complements the bouquet and provides acidity against the palate of raspberry.
