Alpataco is an autochthonous shrub that symbolizes the tenacity of life in the Patagonian steppe. The low yields of the vineyard and a vinification with minimal intervention give rise to fresh and elegant wines, which fully express the varietal typicity and the particularity of the terroir.
Alpataco Pinot Noir presents a striking medium-intensity red color that becomes tile-colored with maturity. The aroma is reminiscent of flowers and red berries. It is a round and fruity wine, with sweet tannins and moderate acidity.
